coffee

Coffee played an interesting role in my last OS, which was XPday Montreal. 

Serendipitously, we had a room with two big doors. Outside the east door was the coffee station and a lounge area. Outside the south door was the corridor leading the non-OS session rooms (it was part of a larger conference, where "newbies" were also offered tutorials).

I'm convinced that people took the excuse of "getting a coffee" to stroll through the OS area and explore a bit... I wonder how many of them inadvertently stayed? :-)  Regardless, it really enhanced the event.
