OST for program evaluation

Jennifer:

I might suggest that, although not a formal program evaluation, the ongoing
series of OSonOS conferences have been a de facto evaluation and learning
lab for Open Space Technology itself. The proceedings going back ten years
or so are available here:

http://www.openspaceworld.org/cgi/wiki.cgi?OpenSpaceOnOpenSpace

I know that every year I read those proceedings for new ideas, and one can
trace the evolution of such things as convergence/non-convergence, blends of
methodologies, deepened awareness of self-organization and the idea of space
invaders over time.

Looking at these proceedings this way also causes me to ask questions about
the nature of program evaluation, as generally practiced..
