OST for program evaluation

Does anyone have stories about using OST for the purposes of evaluating a
program?  So far, I haven't had experience "holding space" for something
with that specific of an outcome.

Also, I'd love to hear advice about client meetings before doing an OS.  How
much time to people typically spend meeting with or discussing things with
clients before an OS?

Thanks everyone.  This list has been invaluable in giving me the courage to
try these things out!
