I suspect what you are proposing will work. But it is always interesting to
me when people (particularly business schools) say they are interested in
Open Space and then set conditions that make it almost impossible to open
any space -- at least in a meaningful fashion. Seems like they are terrified
that it might actually work! And of course they are right, because if OS
actually did what we all know it does much of the curriculum would be up for
radical revision. Very expensive and terrible embarrassing! Good luck.

You did understand right I think - and logistics is a killer problem
- because they don't have that big rooms. The event is a cooperation
between a managements school (IHM) and the managers union (ledarna).
So here are at least two agendas/objectives - 1. To talk about the
theme "how to create involvement and commitement" and 2.Show people
IHM's facilities. And for number 1 - they asked me and I (of course)
proposed to do an OST instead of just talking about it.
So at this event the theme is the main attraction ( I assume..). And
there are people coming from different organisations and companys. So
I am not so worried about splitting the meeting up in two sessions -
or should I start to be that...
