raising funds for OSonOS

Dear colleagues,

I am writing to ask if there has been previous experience in writing
grants to fund the OSonOS event or any related part of it.

There is one woman in Central Asia, Jamilya Asanova (with the
international NGO Counterpart), who
would like to find funding to make participation possible for Central
Asian OS facilitators and those with an interest in OST.

Do you know of any grants that have been written to fund any aspect of
the OSonOS? The text of that grant application would be of interest to
us.
