I not yet very active on this resource while I else only understand my own colleagues, for me important their thoughts and actions.
On my glance improvement method and its change can not be a purpose. 
The Method Open Space exists, it is acts, each Teacher transfer its look at decision of the problems of the person and organizations. This is a different approaches, miscellaneous thinking.
If we address to ancient teachings, but methods, which we use are a modern reading of that wisdoms, which there is beside mankind. After l all religions created to explain the condition of life. Technologies are created for relief of the way, which passes the person.
Recall the picture Breygel about Babylonian tower, she is kept in Vein, Austria, National museum. The Tower decays from for incomprehension of the people each other. Technologies help to resolve these difficulties of the people.
