I'll be sending my software/OS system info to you in the next three days.

I think we need to try to make this as simple as possible. I have never used ICQ/Yahoo messenger personally, but I think it would be a cinch, but I am not sure  how it'd be for others.

As for the theme, can you say more about what "Making the fun bigger" means for you?
I am thinking and want to think more about what I want this event to be. First and foremost for me it's about creating a fun prayer field for the funds necessary to come to HHH, and the idea of acting out Aug. 4 appeals to me...but I am not attached to it...I'd like to have an event with the broadest possible appeal...

more thoughts?
