It also explains what a stammtisch is, in French,here it comes:

Une "Stammtish" traditionnellement en Allemagne une table réservée
dans un restaurant ou un bar pour des personnes qui se rencontrent à
intervalles plus ou moins réguliers, pour discuter d'un sujet donné.
L'idée de créer une Stammtish mondiale autour de l'Open Space est née
à Berlin en 2004. Chaque premier lundi de chaque mois impair des gens
se réunissent et "causent Open Space" autour d'un verre ou d'un
repas. Faites passer le mot et appreciez!

And in English;

"Stamntish", in Germany, is a reserved table in a café or restaurant
around which people meet regularly to talk about a given subject. The
idea of setting up a worldwide Stamntish on Open Space is born in
2004 in Berlin:
Every frist Monday of each odd month, people meet and talk Open Space
around a drink or some food. Spread the word and enjoy!
