trust?

Hi

I don't know what all this trust business is about.  If trust is an
issue, I feel it's more a matter of participants trusting each other
to declare and share their passion and accept responsibility for
doing something about it.

It's easy for facilitators, because they KNOW the process works.
But, that rarely is the case for people walking cold into an event
and seeing a circle of empty chairs.
