Funda--

My hope is that as people all over the world respond to this and other
tragedies with prayer, money, goods, time and help, that we will begin to notice
that the others working alongside us, how ever they may be different from us, are
not "the enemy," but another human person worthy of our care and
respect--even though we may disagree on important issues.

Then we may be able to begin to heal the deep rifts in our world.

With prayers for a blessed new year,

Joelle
