I also agree that "adoption" of new software, particularly when it
changes the expected work process and sometimes transforms the business
operation can also benefit by "accelerating" the self-organization with
OST.  Getting a group to explore the challenges and opportunities of
implementing the software in Open Space is also something I have done.
