OST with less than 25 words by the client

Here goes one definition that an important public and political figure of
Chile, says to the group at the “closing circle” in his first OST event
participation:

“This method brings us the radicality of democracy to organizations”

After that (January 2003), he has sponsored and participated, from the
beginning to the end, in about twenty-five OST events, which involves
approximately three thousands public officers in two different state
institution. His leadership, in the frame of an strategic alliance between
the workers and the administration, has been a poem to inspiration and self-
organization. The resulting processes and outcomes, are very profound,
deeply significant and of multiples benefits in the broad sense of the
modernization of public management.

I and my colleague, friend and boss Jorge Amigo, has been blessed with the
honor and pleasure of “presencing” and co-facilitate that entire wonderful
trip.

Juan Luis -- Your English is basically flawless and infinitely better than
my Spanish. However, I feel compelled to chastise you for hiding a truly
marvelous story -- ever since 2003!!! What you (briefly) describe here is
absolutely fantastic, and if you don't give us the WHOLE story, I will
probably hate you for ever :-) -- Not a chance. Seriously, this is exactly
the sort of tale that needs to be told. Not just a little bit, but with all
the bells and whistles. How did it happen? What were the "ups and downs"?
And what's happened since? You have a book here if you care to write it --
and what better way to improve your English? Of forget the "improved
English" and just do it in Spanish! But whatever you do -- do not think that
you can escape the responsibility for telling the tale. And thanks for a
wonderful Christmas present!!!
