A little help -- Please

I'm not sure you need much help, Jimbo - the image was great.

The ball is dropped, and you've got to get off the pole, get the ball,
and then start all over again, hopefully, this time singing, "Let it
Be...."

It may be that when the ball is dropped, you learn how to put up a new
pole, a ladder or a better way juggling - or you discover that the new
boss will be worse and its time to find a new pole.
