More advice for Raffi. . .

You asked for practices. . . . during your season of the teacher, I
invite you to remind yourself each morning that it is your intention
to be open, not attached to outcome. As your day unfolds, as often as
you can, I invite you to catch yourself in moments of conflict or
indecision and remind yourself that it is your intention to be open,
not attached, to outcome.  This practice can lead to big shifts in
your inner way of being with yourself . . . pretty quickly, too.

Another practice might be to invite another friend or two to join you
in the practice, to remind each other that you are working on being
open, not attached to outcome.
