How we can make it accessible to everybody who we think is appropriate for
the "theme"

is it by invitation? is it by financing them?.......It is not easy to change
the mind set of those people
who have been convinced that they are "outside"  for long time.

How to make them feel that they are "inside"  whoever they are?
