I think #2 is "Pay attention to what has heart and meaning."

I've read the book, done some of the exercises--they are great.   Paul and I
used the Standing Meditation (the way of the warrior) with a client group as
part of a series of leadership seminars.   The exercise evoked some interesting
and interested responses from the management team we were working with.
People were especially interested in "What are you willing to stand up for?"

I've learned a lot from Angeles Arrien in several of her seminars.   And
Angie and Harrison were both part of my first experience of Open Space, an amazing
OS on Creativity, in the hills of Sonoma County.   A long time ago . . .
