Such a simple truth--but so powerful and profound.  I often feel that my
most important role with clients is to exude a sense of calm in the
storm--that things are not under control, but it's ok.

There are all kinds of psychological explanations about groups rebelling
against the leader/parent.  But it feels almost like magic to sense the flow
of energy around and within a group.  That energy always seems to "work", as
long as we don't try to take control, because if we do, things *really* get
out of hand!
