Systems Thinking

Does anyone know of a good systems thinking course? Maybe 2 or 3 days? I
have a client who needs to immerse himself in the concepts of the following:
'System’ - a collection of elements connected to form a whole.
Systems Thinking holds the ideas of emergence and hierarchy, communication
and control.
Systems practice uses these ideas to design and manage complex processes and
constructions for the benefit of individuals, organisations and society.
This includes the idea that you can make a change in a system and you can
get unintended consequences. So the course needs to incorporate the issues of
making positive change.
Regards
Esther
