days? I have a client who needs to immerse himself in the concepts of the

<DIV>Systems Thinking holds the ideas of emergence and hierarchy, communication
and control. </DIV>

<DIV>Systems practice uses these ideas to design and manage complex processes
and constructions for the benefit of individuals, organisations and society.
</DIV>
<P><STRONG>This includes the idea that you can make a change in a system and you
can get unintended consequences. So the course needs to incorporate the issues
of making positive change.</STRONG></P><STRONG></STRONG></DIV>
