alignment with charitable trust status

The Open Space Institute (U.S.) is officially a nonprofit (educational or
charitable) organization in the U.S. The regulations here require a board of
directors, and we have one, made up of volunteers (passion and
responsibility--whoever comes are the right people). An annual meeting is also required, and
it is held at the annual Open Space on Open Space conference, whenever and
wherever that happens. The board meetings are held by conference call.

So, there is a precedent--the specific requirements may differ from country
to country, but I think it is possible to meet them in an Open Space mode.
