Dear Gerard

We've had the police involved with other groups, most memorably with young
Asian people in Glasgow.
Just a couple of points, becasue they are obviously just like ordinary
people. They turn up, and  on time, because they have been told to, and they
always obey orders(!) (some British satire here). The issue of uniforms need
to be discussed - all wearing uniform gives a certain, and often unfortunate
image, out of uniform can change the dynamic.
