Use of Open Space Technology in Nigeria Mediation

I appreciate the report from Nigeria.

I was struck by this remark:
The openspace technology was very helpful as it enabled me to open up space
and hold the space while the participants took responsibility for their
actions and their issues. This was needed to vent tension and anger. And it
created BROTHERHOOD.

What a paradigm shift for many -- responsibility for actions and issues,
venting tension and anger creates Brotherhood.

Joel -- You have articulated beautifully what happens when these spaces and
containers are created!  I am grateful to witness your amazing work in the
world.
