The magic number is "5 per 100 participants" in terms of break out
areas/rooms. On a 1 day OS with 3 time slots, that gives you 15
Sessions. Two Days with 4 time slots gives you 35 sessions. With fewer
people you will need more areas. Maybe 4 areas for 25 people. And with
more people you need less - maybe 15 areas for 500 people. Go figure -
but nothing is ever as it seems in Open Space. And, I think it is all in
The Book. :-)
