How do you get out of the way?

Chris,

I have refered to the truth, that the management is relied on stories and
storytelling.
Then I say, that now it is time to get started with your really own story.
Put the topic of it into words and invite others to become part of it.

Last week it worked perfectly, people just rushed to write down and to
anounce their topics.
