MessageHi Mick,
Just got back to check the list. Here is another example to add to yourlist.

I did an OS with the Bank of Canada to revamp their internal informatics
communication systems. The intervention was at the outset to get buy-in from
the key internal stakeholder and to tap into their knowledge and experience
to increase the chance of success. The rate of failures of IT projects is 75
% or more - depending on what source you have - because the human side was
neglected. OS was seen as giving the project a start on the right foot. Very
well received

You can contact me directly for more details if you wish.

  Subject: OST in Banking

  Hello all,

A friend of mine who has attended an OS session I held last year is keen
to use OS in-house. Her challenge is that her employer is one of
Australia's largest banks and the key decision makers are said to be
conservative. As such, they may not be readily open to consider OS.
Unfortunately, the section she works in is underperforming and she believes
that OS is the approach that will truly contribute to finding the right
solutions.

My friend has asked if there are any case studies where OS has been used
successfully within the banking industry. Whereas I have banking clients I
have no personal experience of OS in banking.

All thoughts and advice gratefully accepted.

  Regards,

  Mick
