With a little massaging, sounds like the makings of a great theme to me... How about:

" How do we as a community tap our enormous reservoir of intelligence, love, and intention to help this community we love make the journey from where we are now to a place of mutual understanding, regard, and purpose for the greater good of us all?  (all your words, ...)

Then you wrote:
