Ideas wanted for book on happiness at work

Hi Alexander,

It's great topics for book.

I would like to see in that book a loot practical tools, but not
only as a checklists. It would be great to have some instruction which
will be like a MAP with lot of picture and possible future steps and results
(something like GAME, imaging that you play the game
every morning how to make happiness at work)

Also, I think that we have to be awareness of uniqueness of every person
and because of that we have to approach to every person in proper way.
Regarding to that it will be very useful to find out:
- type of person (I like rainbow explanation of this topic)
- management style regarding to type of person: good/bad approach
- steps for HRDevelopment to rich happiness at work
- how to evaluate progress

And at the end I would like to see a list of best practice for main
factor/motivator
of the happiness at work.

I hope that my input will help you. Keep inform us because this is very
interesting
and also important topic.
