Dear Alexander --

So my question to you is: How do you reconcile an acceptance (or

potential outcomes, in order to learn?
My answer: you b-r-e-a-t-h-e.
Anyway, that's what works for me. If I am really struggling, a walk is
helpful...
Cheers from foggy Berkeley,

Dear Eva,
I too find great strength in feeling and seeing the radiant rays of light
shining around the world supporting and strengthening the beings that we
are. Connecting the dots and creating a web embraces me like a cradle,
supportive and nourishing in times of need.
I echo the sentiment of gratitude and appreciation for the love of
community.
Holding you and your country in my thoughts,
Ashley
