You might also check www.openspaceworld.com Look in the section marked
"Papers for "Tales From Open Space" this is a full book chock full of
stories from the "early days" -- most of which are still quite
pertinent. See especially the one by Hugh Huntington and another by
giles Hopkins from The World Bank.
