OS with kids - please advice

Dear Julie,
a planning meeting is a wonderful opportunity to mimic the
composition of the open space with the idea to have "the whole
system" together.
So I get them all together and certainly not seperately...getting
everyone into the planning mode sets the stage for the way the os
will run.
What emerges from my experience is that leadership pops up (everyone
shares in it) out of the interplay of passion and responsibility.
Having a planning session with everyone will create the structure
(not us facilitators structuring.
