A 30-minute OS

Hi,

I've been reluctant to use open space for meetings as brief as 30 minutes,
but I think as a consultant, I have to remain open to what outcomes will
serve the client's needs.  I'm not sure how much "space" was actually
"open", but this apparently worked very well.
