OS in Belgrade

Hello my dear friend and colleague,

Before I present to you what I will do and what I am planning 
I wont to thank you to my dear friends Tim, Carla and Miljenka in
helping me to define flow of this event.

I am very happy that I have opportunity to experience and now to 
facilitate one OS Seminar in Belgrade, because I really believe in OST.
OST in my opinion is technology which can help a lot to my people
to find the right way to achieve their dreams.



EVENT:



I will have promotional and my first OS seminar to managers of one company at 08th Mart. That company use multi level marketing in distribution of their products. Manager became person (together with their network of assistants), who reaches some level of sales.

 

These managers are mostly normally people who don't have official experience in the business. There are mostly people who are retired or this job is second one for them (teacher, doctor.... various range of people with different experience). They manage together with company future business step. They meet each other one per month. We make agreement that next meeting will be organizing by using OS.

 

The main question will be:

" What I need and what I can offer as a HEMEL manager to create present which I wont in this company"

 

The main task of this question is to motivate and animate people to think and define identity of HEMEL manager. Who they are and what they have to represent to there associate?

 

FLOW:

 

A)

 

Discovery: What makes you proud to be Hemel manager?

Something which will connect them with they personal filings, tots, experience in Hemel Company.

 

Dream: Where I see Hemel Company in future? 

 

Bridge between discovery and dream will be postcard: they will have to write down to their future assistance/children what they will do to make this dreams truth.

 

B) Introducing the OS and start to work. 

 

C) Convergence and action planning - I will do that similar like Cris Corrigan with his standard action planning process (Cris I like it very much).

 

D) Closing: hmm

I will tell them a story about chances and how people react on them (famous story "Ho stall my cheese?") and then ask people to say what they are carrying away with them and whatever is in their minds and hearts that needs to be said to close the day.
