I don't have a client example to give you, just the observation that in this
complex situation, it seems very important to me to have a dynamic process
that allows for sharing information and ideas in all directions, not just the
traditional vertical dimension.

Doug's recent work with geriatric care providers might provide some ideas
here, and someone has been sharing stories re: scientific research in the last
few days.
