I am very glad that OST is spreading through Chile, and of course that
justifies an inclusion in Michael's "OST road map" ;-)

Please note that I assume that in Spanish (as in Portuguese) a private
company can be called an Institute. My clarification was only due to the
special meaning that OSI has in the OST community of practitionners.
