I am still not clear about the purpose of the enterprise. What does your
sponsor wish to know?
What kind of action is proposed to be taken based on the outcomes?

This has a bearing on whether the 3 sessions are seen to be linked or
independent of each other.

In the instances I cited the people invited to participate were drawn from
the same 'pool.' Whichever session they attended
was based on convenience to them.

Recently I also facilitated duplicate forums but now from different
'constituencies.' In this case it was a people living in a different
locality being invited to give their perspective on a common issue (How can
our local council support arts activities?).

In all of these examples there was a common theme and each forum had its own
introduction. As with Laurel's experience this was
invariably brief.

I do not see the point of having different themes for the sessions, unless
there is a compelling issue in your sponsor's
agenda which could justify it.

The value of posting information from one session to the next will be based
on the overarching question, in my opinion.

With love

Alan
