Continuity of week-apart sessions?

It is not clear to me why you are having 3 sessions a week apart and if
there will be similar theme throughout.
Nor what action is proposed based on outcomes.
I have had what are seemingly two similar experiences.
. 'Duplicate' sessions a few days apart, one on a weekday evening and
repeated on the weekend to cater for people's availability constraints.
These were separate 3 hour sessions, with no ostensible continuity to them
except that a few people came to both. Interestingly
some of these were apparently uneasy about the process initially (there was
a very contentious issue of concern to this group). When they came
the second time they got right into it.
. Duplicate sessions on the same day. This was for the staff, residents,
relatives
and board members of a large aged care facility. The two sessions were
organised
to accommodate people's shift work and and other factors.
In this case I repeated the introduction to OST for the newcomers in the
afternoon session and invited them and also those who had been
present earlier to post new issues.
All the initial postings were up on the market place and the proceedings of
the morning session were also on display.
There were different kinds of follow up to these two enterprises; that's
another story!
I wish you well
With love
Alan
