New book by Karl Weick

Hi all:

There is a new book out by Karl Weick called "Managing the Unexpected:
Assuring high performance in an age of complexity."

I've pasted a bunch of quotes from the book in my Open Space weblog at

if you're interested in perusing them.  I haven't read the book yet but
the premise and previews seem to support using processes like OST to
deal with the natural complexity within which organizations find
themselves situated.
