Hello, dear colleagues -

Well it looks as if Spring is springing up little seedlings of Open
Space learning workshops around the world!  Congratulations to all of
you who are putting together new opportunities for sharing learning.  I
wish I could go to all your workshops.

For anyone who is interested in developing their own workshop approach,
I offer one way to do it - I am happy to send to you my lesson plan on
the learning workshops I host - not as a way to tell you how to do it
but as a way to spark new ideas between us all.  Please feel free to
mail me at the address below and I'll send you a copy.

(for anyone who took or received a copy from me at or right after OSonOS
in Australia, this one is new and improved with annotations and
explanations - easier to understand, I think).
