For all of you; a peace and joyfull 2003

Since OsonOs in Australia I spoke and speak with many people of Open
Space....

We are now discussing to use Open Space to create a deveopment programma for
al the 25 Human Resource Managers of a very big dutch firm. We are thinking
of a two day Open Space, the first day we invite also other staf members,
managers and other significant others. The second day, or a part of it, we
ask the HR managers to make action plans for their own or collective
program.

Everybody is enthousiastic except for ... the CEO.....

Does any of you have any experience with Open Space in development/
education programs for staf members?
(I know of Larry's Open Space at Hawai).

I let you know how this story goes on....

love and sunshine

Carla Vliex
