Hi Lisa

Second quote was mine, facilitating an event for the Estuar
Foundation from Bucharest at a hotel in Brasov for 72 people on
September 20 and 21, 1999 dealing with the future of mental health
services in Romania.   Subsequently, the NGO's CEO, who translated
and trained simultaneously, led an event the following year for 142
people including a Government Minister which led to programmes in
five cities.
