Half day intro and small group Training

We just finished a very successful OS training with a different format
from what we have done before - so I wanted to share because it touches
on both the 2.5 hr "demo" OS and the small group training.

We invited folks to both a half day OS experience and a 2 day training.
We had 25 people sign up for the OS experince and 6 for the full training.

Thurs am was the intro - which included a short explanation of where OS
is used - a 20 min "theme creation" and then an OS with two thirty min
session (too short but still worked) and a close.

The six "facilitators in training" stayed at the end of the OS and we
worked with them for the rest of that day and for the following day.

It worked great - the demo OS had great energy and introduced a large
number of people to OST - while the facilitator group were all able to
experience an OS together. The smaller group was able to go in depth
into the essence and mechanics of OST.

In the past we have either done the OS intro or the Facilitator training
- this was the first time we put the two together and the results were
fabulous.
