intro & question-visioning during opening of OS?

Jennifer,

I know that some people on the list will say that there's no need to do
anything to get people ready for Open Space, but I think it's sometimes
called for.

The only comment I have about your proposed text is "I want you to close
your eyes". "I want you" is a little directive. And there are those, like
me, who prefer to do their visioning with their eyes open. So how about:
"You can, if you wish, close your eyes ..."

Oh, and ther bit where you say "What are they doing?  What are they
saying?" - maybe you might add "hearing" and "feeling" for people who think
with their ears and bodies.
