Oops, sent that message before it was quite finished.  Think I'm too sleepy
to type!

As Birgitt mentioned, I also have a feeling of holding space for
transformation--just holding the possibility that underneath all this chaos,
change is happening.  Very much like when I am in the middle of an Open Space
or other meeting, and it seems to be going badly, but I am hopeful because it
seems that we are getting to what is real.  And I am holding the possibility
of growth and possibility emerging from that real chaos.
