re: this and your later note about non-convergence notes, thomas...  glad you
found the non-convergence notes at metanet.  i think it is quite possible and
that re-opening the space at the end, non-converging, is more likely and
effective to invite followup activity... because then then convergence that the
group inevitable creates in that second opening of the space is really theirs.
more likely that they then understand that they can keep opening space and keep
moving.  more likely that they discover that ost is practice-able.  i did the
re-opening at yesterday's conference (day three) in about five minutes.  walked
the circle, stated the theme as 'action-do it!', pointed to the principles and
law, without saying anything other than that they were still true, and then
asked for topics.  whole opening briefing was less than five minutes.
demonstrating portability, i hope.
