I have not had difficulties having written materials translated into other
languages (Spanish, Russian)--even poems which I wished to share were
translated by our more-than-competent translators.  Elena gave us some help
with putting training materials into Russian, for the women's leadership
institute in Novosibirsk.

The only thing I would suggest is to stay quite directly to the question,
because the many associations that I as an American will have to a topic may
be outside the experience of someone in another culture.
