Good to keep reading your stories!
Your one day event is very like most of the OSs we run - though usually
shorter time and more people!
We would not usually manage to obtain a group for such a long day, but it is
good you have a manager who understands OS.
Their energy will take them through the day, I'm sure it will be fine.
We do not usually group issues during the day - clients are now more wanting
to work on the report after the event, with warnings from us not to edit
what groups have said.
The whole group will be exhausted after the day, but it will be fine! Good
