OS in Thailand?

Dear All,
Does anyone have experience with Open Space in Thailand?  The corporate
culture of a Thai company is anti-change at the top and resisting all
the new ideas that the CEO says they should implement.  An Open Space
may help move things in positive directions.  Any shared experiences
would be most welcome.  Thank you.
