Thomas, and thanks to Eva, who inspired me to write!

I have a very interesting experience, providing Future Search Conference in
Clinic/Hospital #168 in Novosibirsk, with the OS of the third half of the
day after sharing information about past events in global, personal and
'medical' sphares, difining current trends, influencing the development of
healthcare service, and the picture of desired future and common ground for
the group.... but all this can 'evolve' in the OST meeting, so it doesn't
really much matter in case of 'experienced to talk people',

the Healthcare in our country is in SUCH a poor condition, that many people
did not want to come, as they said: we do know what it was, what it is and
... nothing to hope in the future,
The group was a 'cross-section' of all functions, all levels of management
and of all departments, (It could be 60 to 80 people for managing such a
conference, the problem which is not existing in OST meeting)

so they did 6 projects and were so excited, that they don't need to wait for
anybody, that you can not imagine the difference between their faces on the
first day - on Friday afternoon (after a week and the half day of work) -
they were white as their doctor's smocks, and the joyful faces even after
work on the conference on Saterday and half a Sunday... when they solve
several their problems.. with the help of some 'strangers' coming to them
with the new method.

so if you convince your sponsors to organize some big meeting with the
representatives of the whole organization - the only question for me - how
about the principle 1: whoever comes, are the right people, if we want to
'organize' them?
