On occasion, I've mentioned something like this...  (but don't always
remember or feel a need)

- People are always coming and going in a healthy system -- it's one of the
ways we (it) breathe(s)

- You effect everyone in a system -- some in very small ways, some in
significant ways -- by virtually everything you think and do

- Be where you need to be, but pay attention to the effect you have on
yourself and others as you come and go

- Be authentic and respectful
