Giving and receiving

I considered responding to you on this off-list, but then thought others
might like to go down this road, so here goes:

 << I never raised the issue of money, and would respond honestly and
openly
 << if someone else raised it.

Your way sure seems preferable to the way most of us have been accustomed
to working: mentioning fees at the first meeting, getting a contract, etc.
Your way has a lot of appeal to me. I like that idea of listening to
yearnings instead of fears.

So how did/do you respond when someone raised/raises the question of money?
